When Vokoun played well he looked very good but when he gets a little rattled he is done like that play mentioned. Bylsma will need to see that going forward and get him the hell out of goal.


And yet another game I watch Tanner Glass play and wonder he needs to sit a few games. I just haven't seen his value at all, granted I might have the blinders on and don't see his good plays becasue I just get pissed everytime he is out there.

That's a pretty low bar, I think they've been pretty bad this year. Besides drawing some penalties, there is almost no production, not even a consistent forcheck.

Thats my point he hasn't been disciplined. And as a whole they really haven't done a great job with the big difference this year vs late last year being Glass.

Frankly, for me this game was more stressful than any playoff game last year. That is saying way too much.

I called my Dad on my way back from work (just before third) to get progress report and was floored when he told me that. They had two days off from Buffalo game (in which he appeared to be fantastic) and a day until the next...he's the "hot hand". I don't understand the previous record BS. HOW IS THE GUY PLAYING RIGHT NOW is all that matters. Danny B makes some silly mistakes as a coach.

This is the third time Vokoun has played in a non-b2b situation. I think they just want to keep MAF fresh for the playoffs.

Thanks for the replies, I was thinking like pix said he did play well against the Sabres but as Dacks said his play against the Flyers probably came into play. I was just wondering.

Man, Tomorrow is going to be so strange for us Sabres fans. Playing Toronto and no Ruff behind the bench I wonder how the team reacts.
