The stats are almost identical, I have been saying that all year. The difference is in the W/L column but they are not winning because of Heinicke they are winning with him. Good QBing and they probably win both Giant games. As I said before I don't have a horse in the race. I just believe in calling it as I see it.

The only game they might be favored in these last three games is Cleveland no matter who is QB.

I feel the same way. I don't care who is under center as long as the offense is functional. It would be a huge gamble on Ron's part to switch now.

I think we've all see the ceiling for this team with Taylor. With Wentz the floor is probably lower, but im willing the guess the ceiling is higher based on the current state of the team.

I do not envy Ron.

Agree on the Vikings game.

NY will probably need that last win against the Eagles and the Eagles will probably be resting their key starters. It's not such a sure loss for the NYG.

Cant argue with that really. On thr other hand,
Some coaches rest starters, and some dont. They’ll be getting a bye week anyway, and three weeks off is a long time to not get hit.

now was the defense and run game not up to snuff ? Sure , but it shows wince couldn’t overcome that as most qbs can’t . It also shows that teams win games not qbs . That’s a fact

The honest truth? Because we have no one better. Dean, you keep pointing out how bad TH is. And to an extent, you are right. What you aren’t right about is your evaluation of Wentz. Wentz hasn’t been good since the season the eagles last won the SB.
neither wentz nor Taylor are starting QB material. But Taylor has the team behind him. That’s the bottom line.

you are exactly right and in reaction to that you improve the team around the flawed qb by scheme , execution and surrounding talent . now you can put in wince , hope he can make plays falco cant but wince's flaws will come to the forefront and 6 games in this offense had better be enough

i said we would not sweep the giants , i knew this when the schedule was announced , i said it over and over again as the season wore on . i am not surprised by the outcome .

wince and falco have equally the same pedestrian numbers

Well, we had a TD called back because of a phantom hold and then there was a TM BS formation call after getting referred approval.

how is that the same as a missed easy FG and a dropped wide open TD pass? the TM call was the TD run that called back. Plus, we don't even know if we had scored if we convert the 2-point conversion to tie.

I thought he should have gotten a shot to play for the Giants game. He was 100% healthy and had two weeks to prepare. he is the most talented QB we have on the roster right now. It was a playoff game last Sunday night and RR still went with TH. Im not saying CW is the answer here but he should have gotten the start
