well if they would that would be a miracle ha. i think they thought mez would come out half decent and get some teams interested in his play...hasn't happened thus far.

Glencross plays a gritty game, gives you a just under a point per game player. Affordable at 2.5 cap hit, I just don't think Mez in any way shape or form gets it done, but Calgary is rebuilding and Mez is a UFA after this year so not that out of line if the flyers throw in a pick.

That's what I was thinking dspice. I just hope that the pick wouldn't be a 1st! I'd be cool with a 2nd maybe the flamers want to clear some room for the younger guys? Where there's smoke somethings going to happen.

He's another guy who could put the puck in the net. Fit in real well with Couts and Read giving the team 3 nice lines and allow Talbot to upgrade that 4th line send Rosehill to the presser.....ya I'm still pissed with his retarded actions tonight almost cost them the game!

I can't see the flames trading anyone young Glencross is 30 and moveable so baertschi doesn't seem likely although I'd take him if they're dumb enough to do it.

Glencross would be awesome, but I think I have seen online that he is an Alberta bit that took a huge discount with an NMC to stay in Calgary.

Baertschi would be a ridiculous pick up, no way is he available
