It will be good to get more college baseball input to the forum. My Huskers have fallen on hard times, but I'm a fan of the game regardless.

Thanks Red. We had a pretty good group at CBS until they shut it down. Don't know what happened to some of the regulars over there, but looking forward to some good college baseball discussions.

The Heels end their fall practice with an event called The Fall World Series. Blue vs Navy in two three game series. I will be in Chapel Hill tomorrow to watch one of the games. So far, from what I hear, we have a couple of really good freshman pitchers to replace the ones we lost last year. Should be another good year for us.

Huskers will be back soon.

Texas will have sons of 2 former Longhorn greats playing this season as Roger Clemens' son, Kacy Clemens(RHP) and Calvin Schiraldi's son, Lukas Schiraldi(RHP JuCo transfer) are on the roster.

Your new AD going to stick with Augie if he doesn't make the tourney this year? Only 2 down years since his last CWS, but both weren't even tourney years.

He's 74 so he might choose hang it up himself.

UNC opened practice today. Of course, it was indoors since the high today was 28!! Opening game for us is 2/14.
