No doubt I think we see Dak on the move more tonight. Let the guy play a little bit. This isn’t the NFL I grew up watching for 35 yrs. It is changing more and more.

Hard not to cheer for Barkley. Seems like an awesome guy. Loved him at Penn St. Got to hold him in check tonight.

I just think that’s the way they have to play. I thought we would see him on the move more throwing. He mainly threw those away.

We really need to draft a QB in the first three rounds next year IMO. That's not knocking Dak. For him to be effective, he has to do what he did tonight, make 4-5 solid runs to move the chains. Problem with that is, he runs the risk of getting banged up, and we can't beat anyone with Cooper Rush at QB

Didn't watch him very closely last night, but I thought LVE was decent in his time on the field. Going to rewatch the condensed version of the game and take a closer look at some point today.

Overall it was a pretty good game, The defense played great -- especially the secondary. Still want to see more commitment to the run, but the offense looked much crisper. Really liked how the Cowboys came out aggressive on offense, but would like to see them keep their foot on the gas -- played it pretty safe after the first quarter.

IMO really goes to show how unprepared for week 1 the offense was, and that is a big strike against the coaching staff, and Jerry (because he demanded that Dak and Zeke sit during preseason) for not having the team ready to play.

Jaylon with 10 tackles, LVE with 7, Taco with a sack, two tackles for loss and two pressures, 6 different players with sacks...without Irving or Gregory...Yikes

Regarding Rico Gathers, I didn't see him on the field at all after those two missed throws by Dak to Gathers. Kinda disappointed to see the coaching staff go bury him on the bench after those two plays. Gathers was open on both and Dak just missed him both times -- once for an EASY touchdown, and the other Gathers could have possibly caught but it was a bad throw.

The TE group needs some work. Swaim is decent enough and reliable, but not at all a threat. Jarwin looks like he is going backwards in his progression the last few weeks. Dalton Shultz doesn't even really deserve to be on the team except for draft status -- and Bryan Broaddus agrees with me.

The safety play is suspect and their tackling was not good . Love our pass rush, but concerned with tackling overall.
