We weathered the first period now it is time to counter. Clean up the neutral zone giveaways and get the forecheck going. Time to crush their D over and over and over again.

Sharks are going to have to pick up the pace in their zone and through the neutral zone. Kings D are pinching up and forechecking much better than game 4. I think if we clean up our exit, move quick and then chip it into their zone a little earlier we can force their D back or start to draw some interference.

Good news is our D is looking pretty good up and down the lines. I think the 3rd line is struggling right now which we need to address - I am sure Sutter is trying to find subtle ways to get match ups he needs and create pressure... Todd better sort this out or a win will have to come the hard way.

You may be right. With the way the team and he is playing this year, it's a viable strategy.

Sharks just had their best Ozone possession shift in awhile. Need to tilt ice the other way.
