Anyone get the sense that even Pereira doesn't really understand the unreviewable penalty?

It's a stupid rule since they have the interpretation part of it. It should either not exist or be black and white: if you challenge a play that is not challengable, it's a penalty.

Also, it should be delay of game, not a personal foul.

I'm only guessing with this but I really think Harbaugh puts a majority of his evaluation of players into practice and not on preseason.

I believe this to be the case due to how little we pass in the preseason and if Harbaugh really used the preseason to evaluate QBs I would think he would call for more passes than he does.
