Actually my schizophrenic decoder ring says he's blaming Colorado-style ball tampering.

I am still torn between my image of him as a pure clowntroll, being crazy for laughs, or if he's actually a little crazy. There's no real way to be sure.

I think he started a steroid thread too. It's buried now below the first page. He's a troll for sure, but it's only a little bit of an act. The guy is nuts. Got to remember the Tito that first showed up tried to be a legitimate poster, but he was also going off on these delusional excursions - and when those got no play, he turned into what you see today.
