The bullpen doesn't melt down and the offense is offensive. Giants win 4-2.

Tatis might be done for the year if that his wrist or elbow. But if its his elbow he might be done for a year and a half

Early reports is that its his elbow. Remember, though, position players usually have a faster recovery from TJ surgery than pitchers. With that being said, I hope its not that bad. I don't want the Dodgers running away with this division.

Weird injury for Tatis. Hopefully it’s not serious, but he looked like he was in a lot of pain.

Sounds like you made the flight.
I did; heading back to SF today. Super fun to be there in person. Was able to get in with proof of a negative test. Won't be able to get into Oracle until I'm vaccinated. Three solo bombs and it didn't look like Yaz really got his.

Ruf OTOH...crushed.

a TZILL approved win for sure.

The talk now is surgery. At the beginning of his 13 year contract....devestating.

Shouldn't happen to any team except the doyers.
Yup. The Pawds are cursed. They actually put together a good team and their centerpiece part goes down practically on day 1.

I will say that at Petco nobody seemed too concerned. Lots of "ah, he throws his shoulder out all the time" comments. Looked to me like he got shot. Surgeon on the radio today said that he either gets surgery now or later...only way to stabilize the joint. AND he probably has to change his swing. Imagine paying a third of a BILLION dollars for that violent swing and being told...nah, he's gotta change it.

Makes me scared to throw big $$$ at a FA this winter.
