Minor has been up since Jair Jurrjens went down 2 and a half weeks ago I think. Delgado just got called up for Tommy Hanson the day before his start. Vizcaino got called up Aug. 10th for Scott Proctor(our deadbeat 7+ ERA pitcher who literally always blows games and is a last resort)
