I don't know.. I never been payed to play sports before... but I have played in front of large crowds... and when the crowd is into the game, when the crowd energy level is high, it affects you as a player. The crowd had no energy in he 3rd, after the scuffle along the boards, they started getting restless and Asham, IMO, took that opportunity to get some energy back into the building... it worked... you can say the Pens would've scored a goal anyways because of the pressure, but they didn't score unitl after the fight, unitl after the crowd was full energy. That fight earned a Pens one point, again, just my opinion.
I think the crowd was pretty loud starting around midway through the 2nd period (it was like a church during the first) and on. But fair enough, agree to disagree. The goal clearly did happen after the fight.
