The hilarous part about this weather delay is that it is no safer by not playing and the fans just sitting in their seats than it is by playing. If you are gonna really have a weather delay, you have to evacuate the fans from their seats.

the NFL gave them the choice to leave or not, so if they get struck it's on them. Remember the NFL is all about player safety. They don't want Peyton to get hit, by lighting or hit by Suggs....

I know sports emmys aren't really that big a deal but it really annoys me that Costas keeps winning them. Whoever votes just keeps sucking his cock and giving him "Broadcaster of the Year" awards or whatever. There are a lot of guys out there more deserving than him with a far heavier work load but they just keep slurping up Costas.

He's still one of NBCs golden calfs so of course they make sure he keeps getting awards. Those awards are as big a insider circlejerk as the oscars.
