Niemi has been god awful tonight. The Sharks really took it to the 'Ning in the 2nd though that was nice to see. I'd like to see some smart 3rd period hockey from this team. And please no OT. Not with another game tomorrow night.

man, nemo the sieve tonight.... that was some impressively bad goaltending! I dont remember one quality save the guy made all night... youchers, the sharks deserved a better fate in this one.

On the moore trade, I think its too little. Moore is not the kind of threat the sharks need. his defensive game is so so, and his offensive game is not much either. a 2nd rounder is a lot for a guy like that. I think the sharks need more a legit 2/3rd liner who can actually sore goals. moore has fewer goals than torrey mitchell despite playing over 16 mins per game...

I hope that dougie doesnt sit tight with this deal and hope that he has the guns...

They're lucky to get the 1 point after that 3rd period effort and Niemi's bad play, especially on the 2nd and 3rd TB goals. Also, 82-year-old Roloson bites the Sharks again with 45 saves. Tomorrow could be ugly in Carolina. Would assume Greiss in net?

Hope Murray will be okay after being taken to the hospital.

hard to say they are lucky to get a point when you outshoot and outchance the other team 2 to 1 and fire 50 shots, many high quality. The sharks were dominant most of the game, but nemo was awful and they had a few bad bounces that cost 'em. You wanna come away with 2 points obviously, but they also played bascially the whole game with 5 D and really 4 since white barely counts as a player.

Nemo was just off, and it cost them a point. On the bright side, wingels was excellent and the sharks showed a lot of poise to come back and get the point they did. They actually dominated the OT and should have ended the game much sooner.

if they can win tomorrow in carolina then its OK. an L tomorrow would be disappointing.

Also, I wonder where tmac will use moore. drop mitchell to the 4th line and send down mccarthy? Id be interested to see how a mcginn-handzus-moore line plays. They can keep wingels with clowe and cooch sine that was a solid threesome in this game.
