GB's def last night

Looked worse then our third string Def. I guess Swiss cheese def is the name they are earning. I know it's just one practice game but the def should be ahead of the offenses at this point.

Whos "we"? While I agree theres nothing in a preseason game that needs to be taken seriously regarding play/results, it is amusing to see your nervous tick activate when the slightest bit of negativity towards the Packers is brought up.

Hey now, for some of the guys it is all they get... I wish I had been given a preseason look, training camp invite, a Halas hall tour, free ticket to a game, anything really.

I'm not basing anything off one preseason game. I do think it takes time, more for the offense then the def. But a lack of a pass rush from the first string def and bad CB play stood out in GB's game. Our whole offense stood out in ours. Hey it's just something to talk about. It's just one practice.

Only thing I was analyzing was how many GB guys are visiting our board so far. One practice game means nothing to anyone, Bears or Packers.

It's coming along just fine. If you look @ the game . Yeah , Jay's first pass was an Int.( communication break down) . but was 6 of 7 for the rest of the quarter. Blanchard was 15 or 16 for 18 passes. This coming w/ heavy D pressure.
Just saying the O-line hasn't been figured out yet. But even the vanilla schemes T-man was calling were working.
I Guess what I'm saying . Is that if the O-line gets settled you guys are in trouble. Yeah, I know that's a big if.

Hold on GBs starting D in 2 drives gave up 2 first downs and no TD. Chicagos starting D gave up 2 first downs and 1 TD...

Agree... not sure what Noon is referencing regarding Packers defense. Our #1 and #3 CBs did not even play with first string either and Jones left on 1st series with injury.

After first string, the Packers pass defense took a beating... specifically House, Means and Nixon (last 2 do not even make team). House will be 4th CB at best barring injuries.
