I think we are reading the 16 mil wrong. My guess is that includes the signing bonus. I am guessing a 10 mil signing bonus and 6 mil first year salary.

When the Skins signed Garcon years ago, they gave him an up front bonus of $11 mil, so your guess seems reasonable.
