Raiders get in and beat the Steelers, the Bengals get another 1st round pick out of Palmer. I'll take it.

They only get the 1st if they make it to the AFC Championship if I remember correctly.

Yes, they do. They had the sixth best record in the league, which clearly deserves the final playoff spot. Don't be over dramatic. Why be embarrassed?

The way I heard it was all the Raiders needed to do was win one playoff game this season for the Bengals to get the second 1st rounder.
