Yeah I do get that point. Cersei has been a visible bad guy for the whole show.

But it's like.....they just got done taking down an ice demon with the power to control weather to and reanimate corpses to do his bidding and now the final obstacle is.....some pregnant bitch. I know I'm over simplifying this but to me it's all underwhelming AF from this point on.

i guess as a counter, how much screen time did jaws get in the movie jaws? how much time did the mayor get (hell, i think it was still the same mayor in jaws 2 saying keep the beach open). the threat was the shark. not seeing the shark only added to the suspense. killing the shark in the second act leaves a lot to be desired.

It was her necklace that kept her alive. Taking it off made her age. I think the cinematography would have been more rich if the Lord of Light took the mystical powers away from the gem in her necklace but that's just me.

Why doesn't someone else just pick up the necklace and put it on? Boom, instant magic powers.
