I hate to ask but how has Alex looked so far? Reading the thread it looks like he's been running for his life but how has he looked when he's had time?

honestly pretty hard to tell so far because there's been plays where he had absolutely no time. He hasn't taken advantage of any opportunities when there is a chance. So far it looks like like what we have seen in past years.

Nope not expecting perfection, but still sloppy tackling, mental mistakes. Just dont look into the game at all, like a replay of the last 8 years.

+1 I expected to see some offensive ingenuity. What I've seen so far is the same shitty offensive line and shitty play from Smith. The defense looks better than I expected though. If this was week 1 regular season I would be very discouraged, but like you said- only 2 weeks of practice.

and against a far superior team. Not to make excuses, but It's what I realistically expected. If our coaches are worth a damn they will correct all of this stuff, but they haven't had time to do much of anything.
