not the worst strategy in the world.. akenson/VV have only been playing like 6-7 minutes anyway. would be nice to keep Streit off 26 or whatever outrageous number he logged on Saturday. use Rinaldo and Jones to spell guys in the top 9?

Yeah probably - it'll help them later in the game maybe they won't wear down as much - Flyers will count on their top forwards anyway in this game so they'll get a little more ice time

yep, I agree w/ that. might as well put a guy in the lineup you actually intend on using frequently, rather than a 4th line plug that gets 2-3 shifts a period.
