He doesn't have a Tebow frame. He's never gonna truck stick anyone. He's susceptible to those big open field hits so I don't mind if he slides as long as he does it selectively.

I felt like Taylor's presence in the pocket was completely different on Saturday than it ever has been. He knew when and how to elude pressure and did it pretty well.

All this passing is going to come in really handy one of these games when Taylor decides to take off running........I can't wait to see it

Don't be surprised to see the option rear its ugly head if the passing game is tanking

Actually that's pretty much a guarantee. The option is essentially our safety net. At least this year if the passing game struggles (which I think it still will occasionally) we have an explosive option attack to keep guys spread out and guessing.

In years prior, if the passing game was getting us nada zip zero, we would just crawl into a shell. I formation, hand it off, or dump the ball to the back/slot for -2 yards.

We are finally multiple.........all this talk of being "multiple" and we finally see it. The reason we've never seen it before is because we haven't been good enough to do it like we did it on Saturday.

Taylor improving was definitely the main ingredient.

I don't see the passing game struggling this weekend........I just don't. I think our Offense is near Oregon-level difficulty to stop.........it's just that we don't necessarily care about running up the score like they do.

I definitely thought they left Taylor in one possession longer than was needed.
That last drive w/ taylor wasn't running up the score though. When you run up the score you are sending a message to everyone how good your offense is. I think they wanted to prove to themselves that when they are in a rhythm they cannot be stopped. I haven't seen the offense in that kind of a groove in a long time.

Like the tOSU game? Yeah I know what you're talking about. I tell you what though I've never seen him slow to get up.

I've never once seen him call trainers on to the field.

People can say what they want, but I really don't think you can question his toughness. He has played hurt and he never made a huge fuss about it.

Right, his toughness has never been an issue. His brain has been.

They showed a level of confidence/leadership/discipline/unity, even when Burkhead went down, that has rarely been seen for an entire game.
