Jill - we need to tighten up on D.....WTF has happened to this guy? Hes gone off the deep end, I really dont know how the team is supposed to respond to that. He totally went from brilliance getting Kuzmenko to just do offense and some back checking to turning him back into a headcase of not knowing what the fuck to do. Asking these guys to just defend these offensive beasts is ridiculous....they showed how to do it for 2 periods every game in the 1st 4. The best defense vs these oilers was a good offense and being relentless....its what the did to LA for 3 years and now letting them do it again. Edm has zero worry about LA now and just does whatever they want...Jill blames it on defense? Please, sure spence and Clarke get smashed by the forecheck but thats why eliminating that forcheck worked so well, those D could get puck and move it out. Fuck you Jill

I'm telling you jill took away their confidence. When you're playing well you just do it, But they are second guessing every little thing and it shows

Dude psychologically and methodically broke their confidence. Rumors going around he has lost the room (I don't buy it) but plausible considering he has done a 180 from what worked all season long to whatever he is trying to do in this series. The players are just doing what he's instructed them to do but their execution has been awful too.

There is so much blame to go around in this series from management constructing the team to Jill mismanagement it to the players folding like a cheap tent.

The season literally rides on one game tomorrow night, if it's an effort like last night don't even bother making the flight to Edmonton. This team just has weakness in their DNA so I'm not expecting a G7.
