So many good one and so many have different one liners tht are unforgettable but the one that still makes me laugh the most is Porky's.

The shower scene and then the scene where they are all in the principles office. I can't contain myself.

The principle at the end lost it.......

If you come again, I shall fart in your general direction!

Tell your King I request his aid in seeking the Holy Grail!

Uh, I'll tell him, but I don't think he'll be very keen to it, you see, he's already got one!

Most quotable movie ever.

some of my favorites:

Used Cars
Neighbors (1981 - with Belushi and Ackroyd)

I've been watching a lot of older movies lately. Honorable mention:

Who Was That Lady? (1960) Dean Martin, Tony Curtis, Janet Leigh.
Curtis and Leigh play a married couple where she's an insanely jealous airhead. (comically close to their real-life situation at the time) Martin plays the bachelor friend who manages to keep getting them in trouble. (probably pretty close to real-life, too)

The Major and the Minor (1942) Ginger Rogers, Ray Milland.
Rogers doesn't have enough money for full train fare, so she disguises herself to pass as a 12 year old. Milland discovers her on the train and at first doesn't realize she's an adult, then later has to figure out how to deal with the arrival of his girlfriend.

Nice list.

Used Cars makes me think of So Fine - Ryan O'Neil and Jack Warden

The Big Job - Sidney James of Carry On fame as a bank robber.

Tough to pick the best, but I'd go with Caddyshack. Maybe it was because I used to caddy at a snooty country club, but that movie was just epic.

Others include Airplane (brilliant), Blazing Saddles, History of the World (part 1), Naked Gun (with a shout out to Platoon), Something About Mary, Dodgeball, Liar Liar, and I gotta say Wayne's World.

Dumb and Dumber might have been the biggest meh comedy I saw...I thought Jeff Daniels was so much better than Jim Carrey, especially the snowball fight scene and the turbolax moment.
