True. TX ISU WVU would be in a three way tie.
The first tie break, round robin, wouldn’t eliminate any team.

The second tie break, record vs the other teams in conference taken one by one starting with the team with the best record, would send TX to the ccg since OU would be the top team, and only Texas beat them.

With Texas's defeat of Kansas, the Big 12 situation has been greatly simplified, and Kansas State @ Iowa State no longer matters.

All that matters is Oklahoma @ West Virginia, the winner of which will be in the Big 12 Championship Game as the #1 seed to face Texas as the #2 seed (not that seeding matters, since it will be at a neutral site no matter what).
