Georgia Tech is reported to be trying to get another game scheduled to replace the canceled UCF game to get bowl eligible. If not they have to win 2 of 3 from Virginia Tech, Duke and Georgia to get there.

They just lost to Virginia. Apparently the Tennessee loss wasn't an anomaly, just the product of two bad teams that don't play defense and one of them had to win, and the crowd was on Tennessee's side.

That Duke game might be more interesting than I thought it would be.

UCF would only be able to be rescheduled on a contingency basis. Only available date would
be 12/2. UCF could agree to play only if they weren't in the AAC title game.

FIU scheduled an extra game with UMASS on 12/2 on the assumption that they wouldn't
be in the CUSA game. Indiana got an extra game with Charleston Southern but they've
already played that.

Actually, it is a smart move by FSU.

Both FSU and UF, currently are 1 loss away from bowl consideration.
South Carolina takes out UF this week they're done. If we lose to Clemson
we are not done. We get Delaware State the following week and UF gets
UAB. Both will win, although UAB could give UF a fight.

That gives meaning, for FSU, to the UF game. They win there and against
ULM, they're going bowling. It's very simple.

UF has nothing to play for if they lose to USCe. People can mention the "pride"
thing, but when the result is the same for you, whether you win or lose, that
pride thing has a way of vanishing during the game.

UF could try to add a game but I really believe the administration wants the season over
so they can proceed into the future.

Georgia Tech is actually a very good team for a lot of the game

but when it comes to actually winning the game suddenly they're bumbling and stumbling everywhere

Reminds me of myself with women in my early high school days, I would hit it off really well and carry conversation for a while, but then when it came to closing the deal suddenly I was a complete dumbass
