Minnesota is known for...very little of the Manhatten Project....

And keep this delusion in the politics thread.

It's not a delusion. UMners invented the particle accelerator and the mass spectrometer and were the ones who isolated the Uranium isotope.FIFY.

No one cares about any of this in the CFB forum. It's not a delusion. UMners invented the particle accelerator and the mass spectrometer and were the ones who isolated the Uranium isotope.
But yeah, talk of how UMn won World War 2 for the Allies should be kept to the politics forum.
That's been established, now do you have an opinion on FSU's embarrassing loss or not?No one cares about any of this in the CFB forum.
bitches please....this thread is about laughing at fsu. please back on subject. tia
You do. Jacksonville St? lolAnd hey, I was more than willing to step forward and accept it all! We deserve it!

No way FSU is on Minnesota's level. Minnesota won more games in 2019 than FSU has since 2019.
More like the LAST FIVE YEARS, and UMn got ranked in the Top 10 in the late 40s and in the 50s, had a player twice be in the running for the Heisman, they won the Title in 1960 with the first black All-American at QB, and they won a Rose Bowl in 62 pounding the crap out of UCLA, they won a B1G title in 1967, and whooped Pac Champs Washington and UCLA in 1977 before blanking top ranked Michigan. So the last two years and anything prior to WW2… never mind the 80 year stretch in between. Way to cherry-pick bro!

Not really what I'd call nothing. I mean, compared to FSU during that specific time period, sure FSU wins that debate.
But if you are going to talk history, then lets do that, and if we do, UMn wins. If you want to talk recent history, like the last couple of years, again UMn wins that debate.
YES, I do speak from experience, unfortunately.Fun fact: Between 1968 and 1998 (that is a stretch of 30 years kids), the Minnesota Golden Gophers never exceeded 7 wins in a season? What’s more, even 7 win seasons were hard to come by….
So yes, when I am warned that 4 or 5 years can turn into 50, I know you speak from experience…
Yes they do.No, they don’t
FSU has been ONE OF THE WORST cfb teams in the nation the last 5 years.
21-28??? LOL
Even their good players would prefer to get injured then carry on as gophers....And seriously bro. You went 3-4 last season and you’re thumping your chest over that?

Well, last year was skewed by Covid. but 3-4 is still technically better than 3-6, especially when Minnesota's in the far superior B1G and FSU is in the lowly acc.And seriously bro. You went 3-4 last season and you’re thumping your chest over that?
