My information is that NJ would probably too close to the NYC market for him anyway. Wants a quieter life away from the rink.

I have to imagine Moose will be bought out and become available. If a team has a goaltender that can play the overwhelming bulk of games he's not the worst option and would probably be dirt cheap. That's assuming he doesn't retire and head home to Sweden.
