Nevada, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota all have laws against it. Pa has no law against it, but they know that their state would melt down if they tried it. Seems unlikely. In most places it would fail or be overturned, and wouldn't be enough to reverse the election. .
I read somewhere last week (that I can't find now) that this was a Republican reaction to states saying they would give their votes to the winner of the national popular vote. So they rushed in laws against states voting against the will of the people in their states.
