which is my point. You cant expect to bring in a probowler to play back up (in the salary cap era)

Seems like any time anyone brings up a Back up QB, someone else is saying no because some flaw. makes me laugh. Obviously they are flawed which is why they are being considered for a back up position. Not a starting one.

Well in hindsight Weeden was our best backup last season. Without Dez and Dunbar how many more games would Romo have won. I placed a lot of blame on Weeden but seeing how he played in Houston I think a lot of that blame should have been directed at the coaches.

coaches sure get some heat but IMO weeden looks for a place to fall down when people with a different colored shirt are around. Playing scared may be the worst part. I actually think Moore got more (pun intended) outta Williams, and Cole when he played
