My favorite coach EVER, Joe Gibbs, is a champion once again as his driver Kyle Busch just won the 2019 NASCAR championship. As always, he thanked God first for allowing this to happen.

2nd over 20 point comeback too

True dad, although the "you like that" game was over 20 points before halftime but I think 17 at halftime. An interesting fact I read earlier:

No team has blown a 20-point halftime lead since the San Francisco 49ers lost to the Chargers in Week 16 of the 2014 season. According to ESPN Stats & Information, teams leading by 20 or more points at halftime are 400-13 (95-1 since the start of 2015). Collectively, NFL teams had won 97 straight games when leading by 20 or more points at halftime.

It almost didn't happen. Denver was on the Minnesota 4 yard line when time ran out.

Meanwhile McVay offense looks like shit. I’ll bet he too wishes he had cousin Kirk

For those of you crowing about dumping Cousins a few years back, congratulations. You got what you wished for. Happy?

Funny. Many of the same ones are now calling for dumping Haskins after 2 starts. I’d suggest they stick to fantasy football and let the adults evaluate real talent going forward.

Yeah country has already determined Haskins sucks after calling for him since TC.

fact is the team blew it with KC and we haven’t found a guy that comes close to producing at his level

Just think if Allen would have not had his head in his ass and signed KC after the 2016 season. Word was that he would have signed back then for $20M/year for 5 years. He would now be in year 3 and dirt cheap. Oh yeah.....we could have still drafted haskins and he would have had a proper couple of years to be developed. Oh yeah....we would not have had to trade for Smith, thus we would have had Fuller....think we could have used him? Oh yeah, we would have also had a 3rd round pick that we gave up in the smith trade......this player could have been an OL, TE, CB now into his second year and probably contributing significantly in a spot we we need talent.

See how one bad decision can affect the entire season a few years later. But then again, Cousins is still considered by some as just a "pretty good QB". Well, that pretty good QB is heads and tails better anything we have had since or, realistically, anything we will have in the next few years.

Take it a step further. KC didn’t have a great shot until his fourth year in the league. Imagine if we hadn’t wasted all those extra picks on RG3 and KC would have had a first and second round pick in their fourth season, a first and second round pick in their third season, and another first round pick in their second season.

He has missed 3 1/2 games. I didn't count the KC game because he played one series and had to come out, came back to soon.

Not fair j_y, I can only click "Winner" one time and this deserves a Morse code full. I said when they made the trade that the only person I would have considered was Luck. As it were they could have drafted a number 1 and had Cousin's at 4. Two more #1's and a #2 plus all the other things you mentioned in later years. They couldn't have screwed the entire situation up since 2012 more.

Missed Washington, Dallas, and Denver.

Really missed KC too because he left after first series.

Thielen also left in the first quarter of the Detroit game.

Let’s be honest, our third receiver down are better than what Minnesota has.

He's elite. There's no question about it. How often is an elite, proven QB available in free agency? The previous time was Manning to Denver. I would've loved for the Niners to get Cousins, but I'm pretty happy with Garoppolo.

Another bone to pick with Allen, Snyder and Griffin. RGknee's ONE good year was when Kyle installed the option offense for him. But the three musketeers ran them both out of town. I wanted Kyle to be the coach of the future.
