Too bad we can't get Shero to come back to the franchise of his father.

ha they are basically doing what we usually do every year. if it doesnt pan out, they wont have a draft pick for 3 or 4 years and no cups and all these pickups will be gone ha.

I dunno. Homer always gives up a lot. From what I'm reading, Shero really fleeced Feaster. They really didn't give up that much. Gave up and first and prospects BUT they got to keep most of their best prospects.

This was all in Iggy's hands. He had the NTC and wanted to go to Pitt.

I believe you're correct. Bob McKenzie is suggesting Boston made a better offer, but Iggy would only go to the Pens.

How does Fog Jr. do it? Crosby, Malkin and Iginla all on the same team?!?

This year is obviously over for Philly. The bloggers who are still mapping out how they can make the playoffs drive me crazy. I'm all about getting more ping pong balls at this point, and simply can't watch the games anymore - they're too depressing.

This picture makes me smile every time I see it though. Hoping to see this 6'6" 220lb monster play in a couple weeks if the Knights play Kitchener or Guelph in the next round. Look at this crazy ba$tard; he's bent in half, and barely fits under the crossbar!

being that we will most likely buy out bryz. I am hoping to see this kid on the phantoms next year and then the flyers the year after that. be best to sign 2 goalies to 1 year deals next year (ray emery being one).

...or maybe Mike Smith, a UFA in Phoenix. I hear Phoenix has the best goaltenders :)

I see that the Pens have become the Miami Heat. All the pressure will be on them to win it all now. I still think they need to address the defense. Scoring goals was never the problem.
