1) Steve Mason - He was Stone Cold yet again, he was the main reason they got the two points
2) Claude Giroux - His goal was so sexy and he just continues to play great hockey
3) Brayden Schenn - He put himself in a great spot for the game tying goal, good vision

I was a big Raffl supporter in the preseason and now that he's on the big club on the top line I really like him, he is a great play maker and really finds G in small spaces and has great touch.

i think its fair to say that raffl has been the biggest surprise this season

mase is up there too, but after his brief stint last year i think we were all pretty confident in him

1) Brayden Schenn - Three point night and he is starting to break out
2) Ray Emery - Stellar in net and that's exactly what we needed from him
3) Mark Streit - Scored the opening goal again tonight and he's been coming on lately

Really nice to see guys like Streit, Schenn and Hartnell netting goals. They are the definition of secondary scoring as guys like Simmonds, G and Voracek had been carrying the load as of late.

I give the stars to Schenn, Hartnell and Simmonds. A combined 6 points and +7 for those three. Emery was good, but I do think he got a ton of breaks via the Flames squeezing their sticks a bit tightly and choking away the majority of their better scoring chances. A more confident offensive team would've probably put a couple more past Emery. I don't think we were good enough defensively in this game, despite giving up only one goal.

The difference is that now we're a good enough team to beat up on bad teams more times than not without our best effort.

Boy there were so many in the Coyotes game. My stars go to Simmonds, Voracek, and Giroux with honorable mention going to Mase.

I'll give Rosehill some props for the first time all season. Nice fight. Flyers score 4 straight afterwards. Way to do something useful rosey!

I agree awaz. Like I said, there were quite a few guys tonight who could have received the stars and Rosehill with his fight was one of them.

1) Jake Voracek - He was dominant tonight when they needed him
2) Wayne Simmonds - He continues to be on fire, he's been great lately
3) Jay Rosehill - His fight sparked the team, he did something useful for once
