I know of a workplace in Omaha that has a black lady in HR who skirted the rules to slide some of her people on the payroll there.

She slid them in without doing the usual mandatory testing. I guarantee you if a white woman did that she would've been promptly fired... So what's your point?

Lets take a rational thought for a moment.

T-Marts goes down....In a close game....

Option A- Cody Green, he gives us some big play ability, but makes mistakes often.

Option B- Zac Lee, he manages the game and allows our Defense to make a play.



Its not because Cody Green is black, its how the people prefer our offense to play in a close game when our starter is out. Conservative, or Aggressive.

If Martinez goes down then Green will play, as well as Lee as the #2. Maybe he's still behind on the rehab from the surgery, so thats why he hasn't got many snaps.
