But I keep reading all these anti green posts on various places.........

I'm starting to draw the conclusion that it's all due to the color of the kids skin.... I feel like- unless he is tommie frazier- our fanbase doesn't want a black quarterback......

All the posts have no substance- no reasoning behind why Lee should be ahead of Green- they point out Greens two fumbles during the washington game........ Do I really have to break out the film of Lee for last year Green has two more years, we need to get him reps, as many reps as possible....... Lee is as good as he is gonna get.....



I really wish I didn't feel this way..... But all the comments I see are "Why isn't Lee #2, green hasn't done anything" or other comments that have nothing to do with what Lee has done......

What has Lee done..... Well- he handed off the ball....... pretty efficient at that- pretty sure Green can hand off the ball just fine..... Lee is maxed out, he isn't gonna get any better....... putting him at #2 unless he is heads and shoulders above green is just stupid for the sake of future depth....

If Lee was heads and shoulders above Green....... lee would be the starter.... I don't want anyone to think I'm bashing Lee, because the kid has a lot of heart- and he is the epitome of what it is to be a husker...... he has not bitched once about being behind Green...... Yet half the fan base has....

Some fans are for Cody being #2, some are not. It has NOTHING to do with skin color. To even reference that is absurd.
I'm not going to go into why I don't think Cody should be #2 QB. But I will tell you it has nothing to do with skin color!!!!

That's the thing about a persons opinion, it's hard to change. If you want to believe it's based on color. Then color it is for you, but not for me.

I'm not going to bash on Cody, but his throwing mechanics are left to be desired. He struggled mightily against baylor last year. He is continuing to struggle this year. I don't dislike the kid. His achievement's through high school far outreach anything I've done on the field. I mean; if your #1 in the state of Tx, that stands for somethin' right.

If Lee would have had an O-Line last year; he wouldn't freak every time the ball was snapped. I believe the reason we were so successful against AZ last year was due to the o-line being healthy, creating time and lanes.

How 'bout I 180 your conclusion and say the only reason he is #2 is because he's black.

We could have Elway fucking Unitis back there at QB and it still wouldn't be good enough for everyone. Whoever the back up is they Have to get reps so we don't have a Gilbert situation if Martinez goes down.
Im perfectly happy if Lee is back there just as much as Martinez, Washington, Carnes, Green, or Crick

Greens mechanics look much improved over last year..........

Greens in game throws have been best of all 3 qbs..........

Green has better running that Lee....

Green is equal in the passing game to Lee........

Green has 2 more full years in our program.......

Holy shit...... I mean, he struggled in his first career start........ He can't possibly have a future...... "he's struggled mightily this year" He looked pretty fucking good against WKU....... He got 6 plays against Washington...........

Passing he is 6-9 for 71 yards 1 td and no INTS...... Green has been in 20 plays has 107 yards of offense.......

Lee has played in one fucking game.........


So unless you are a insider and go to practice....... You are basing everything off of last year........ which was his junior year....... which is almost always your best year...... Compared to last year being Greens TRUE freshman year which is almost always your worst year.......

Yeah right! White guys have been placed in as QB and fumbled and stumbled just like Green has. They also have been tossed aside just like Green eventually will.

Do you remember a guy by the name of Joe Dailey? He was a tremendous practice player also, and we saw how capable he was as our QB. It's just ridiculous to accuse people of being racist just because some people here can see the light.
