Fire Gruden Time To Rebuild

Before we go all willy nilly on the Gruden is more of the problem than the solution, let me remind you

Of course they are not in order, but reality is of that list, Only two would I say were better than Gruden,

I don’t want to get rid of Gruden. Don’t the get me wrong. My point is Gruden does deserve some blame. We have started every year under Gruden slowly and vanilla. Have we won coming off a bye? We consistently seem unprepared and unmotivated during times we should be on edge.

I think Gruden can improve but I also think it is disingenuous to think Gruden is not at all to blame.
