According to Pro Football Talk, the officials actually flagged the offsides on House, but the Niners declined and Hochuli's mic wasn't on when he announced it. I certainly didn't see it, but I wasn't exactly paying attention in the minutes following the game.

I didn't notice anything wrong with special teams today. Harbaugh also loves the guy and discusses strategy with him, even when it's not special teams time. And isn't he the assistant head coach?
