royals are 8 and 2 out of the last 10 .. 58 -53 record and 8.5 out of thier division..
or matters
they started wright, and as a "surprise" they yanked him after 1 and threw workman in there, no notice...to "test" how he would handle it.
did you actually know that it was an experiment?
mmmm winona ryder

what a tough year to be a fan of that team in that lil fishing village south of here:
Yankees lose leads in 9th, then 12th against White Sox
sounds like the way a 1st place team should be run
lets start a guy for one inning, then surprise another pitcher by bringing him in without any notice.
good idea.
i really like this team to make a run
not saying a WS, tho its possible...but a deep run? why not?

Read the Welker comments....
BB was hard to play for? Good! It means he was doing his job right! He's a fucking football coach! I'd hate to see how Wesley would have replied to playing for a guy like Vince Lombardi.
Brady wanted things done a certain way.....yeah, he probably did. Like, for starters, you know, actually catching the fucking ball!
Seriously! Did you think these guys won three in four years by being all lolly-gagging happy-go-lucky?
I mean, if winning a Super Bowl was the reason I was playing in the NFL, intense guys who demand excellence are the guys I would want to play for and with.
Am I missing something here?

Haven't won since a certain self-involved, pathological liar, and chronic PED abuser was added to the roster.
Coincidence? I think not.
:
Because their pitching sucks faggot cock for $1000 Alex

before the sox game last night..."fans home made signs" contest
one that said "the empire strikes out" with a picture of darth vader with a bat
made me chuckle
They were playing the Astros....if there is ever a time to fuck around? It's against the debacle of a team...
Oh...and the move is getting hammered up here...and not really buying the "surprise"
I think what it boiled down to was they weren't certain they were going to be able to get Workman back on the 25 man in time. He still hasn't gone the 10 day mandatory waiting period to be recalled. Nava went on paternity leave and that afforded them a waiver to that rule and they were able to get him.
So the plan was to go with Wright...and they stuck with it hoping not to have to burn out Workman for a week...who is expected to act as the swingman in the bullpen going forward.

Their almost exactly middle of the pack (16th) in ERA. 13th in starter ERA, 7th in starter innings, 17th in starter OPS and don't have to in division cupcakes to artificially inflate their numbers.
In 2 words? You're wrong.
Also.
Stephen Drew. 5th in MLB SS OPS for SS's with at least 300 PA's.....
Blue Jays veteran Mark DeRosa has been claimed off of waivers, sources tell Ken Rosenthal of FOX Sports (on Twitter). The claiming team is not yet known, however. Toronto has until tomorrow to work out a trade, let him go, or pull him back off of waivers.
DeRosa, 38, is enjoying his best offensive season in years, hitting .231/.317/.448 with seven homers in 164 plate appearances. The utility man could be of value to a contender and only makes about $230K for the rest of the season, the prorated portion of his modest $750K salary. DeRosa is a CSE client, as shown in the MLBTR Agency Database.
