Thought last night's episode was rather slow. But I've read some reviews today and people act like it was the best in the series so far. To me, it was just a nuanced filler episode, laying more character work to set up bigger things to come. It's great to see a show develop characters that way but I was just taken back by the high praise.

I think it was definitely a step back from last week(still very solid). But man it looks like things are about to get rowdy.

Watched hockey last two weeks, hanks and big girl cops are still pussyfooting around a relationship, still chasing the same people, seems like I havent missed much but a few good billy bob lines.

I mean I liked when he asked the guy for a drill, then screws, then locked him in that closet. Just dont know how long they can keep using this formula.

It was a great episode. But I'd give it an A-. The minus is for the last 3 minutes. Malvo somehow making it rain fish in a blizzard really was a stretch. Is he flying a plane or something? I had really gotten drawn in from the blizzard gun fight with all the tension and unknown and it really snapped me out of the mood. Also, it's a tiny bit of a stretch to think that Lester could be gone from the hospital that long and sneak back in with no one figuring out he's gone.

Man this show is continually stepping it up. Loves to kill off it's characters as well for this little mini series.

That sequence was awesome. Glad Lester got revenge, but Malvo's probably going to find out that Lester tipped him off to Numbers and Wrench.

the walk thru killing spree with inept FBI guys outside was pretty well played following window by window. Fargo sex moaning is becoming a highlight too. Part of the waiting game for the two cops to get together is more of how its gonna sound not how it is gonna look.

Lester is getting some serious revenge on life. I love the ring ring sound as soon as he hatches up a plan to get in the widow's bedroom.
