Benson (foot) was placed on the injured reserve/designated to return list Wednesday, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

Recommendation: Benson will be eligible to return in Week 13 versus the Vikings, though he'll be able to practice in six weeks. Meanwhile, he's dealing with a Lisfranc foot injury, which was slated to keep him out for eight weeks anyway, so his placement on this list is not much of a surprise.
