LOL! 69 points is a bit more than four points per game briz...I am not afraid. You can only play one defense.

well you could say that about any position really you think theres gunna be like 20 points difference a game? lynch might put up 250 points and murray 200 points thats the same difference. im very comfortable with my rb's and i think ingram will surprise alot of people this year.

LOL! I have arguably the best trio of backs in the league, Lynch, Ridley and Lacy...all of them have a top QB to keep the defense from keying on the run. Plus Seattle and the Pats each have a top five O-line.

Lynch was the 3rd highest scoring running back last year, Ridley was 7th and I think Lacy will be in the top ten or close to it. You do remember who took Martin last year right? ...the same person that just took Lacy.

Your backs and their ESPN scoring rank last year: Bush 14th, Murray 25th, McFadden 28th and Ingram 34th.

According to ESPN...They combined for 449 points while Lynch and Ridley combined for 433 points....now add in 180-200 for Lacy...OUCH!

Charles,Johnson and miller will be in the running for best trio of backs also

I was taking either Lynch or Charles #2 overall and went with Lynch. Reid should get everything Charles has to give so he could have big year...he could have a lingering foot strain in the early part of the season so I passed.

Yahoo's week one RB rankings:

#3 Ridley -- #8 Lynch -- #27 Lacy

#15 Bush -- #18 Murray -- #21 McFadden -- #32 Ingram

I think Lacy will outperform that ranking but we'll see...

According to the "experts" from Yahoo briz, you don't have elite backs...this week

After two games your projected score will go down and mine will go up. The system hasn't yet seen the true value of Cook, Julius Thomas, and especially Lacy and Thompkins who you salivated over when I took him in the 6th round...ANOTHER STEAL!

Do you really think Welker will get 6 points at home against Oakland with Manning and McFadden will get 8 points in Denver with Pryor playing QB? The Denver defense won't be worrying about Oakland's passing attack too much. Oakland's Defense isn't ranked in the top 22(as far as they went) rankings done by Yahoo this week playing against the Colts... which tells me Manning will destroy them in week three.

Advantage Welker...advantage TKO.

Who ya' gonna put in for Blackmon? Your options don't look too sweet with Detroit, Chicago and Arizona defenses on tap for a few players your bench.

Your team really has no upside while mine has the potential for breakout players considering Brady is throwing to two of them....Thompkins and Dobson....and Lacy is a potential STEAL....and Harvin may come back.

Read the story about Lacy's impact and watch the full videos of the plays ... for yourself:

Eddie Lacy greatly expands Green Bay Packers' offensive attack - NFL.com

I know week three will be your Super Bowl and your motto is: "In it to beat...KRAFTY!" but not this year briz!!!

Advantage TKO :-)

mcfadden is the whole oakland offense he will get his points long as hes healthy. last year before he was injured he was the top fantasy back in the league to start the season. bush aint gunna be ranked middle of the pack after the season gets underway too his projected points will go up,along with ne defense. :) my team is so good i dont need to worry about blackmon ill just patch till hes ready, my qb, rbs, and defenses will outscore anyone and lead me to victory! i really like thomkins for you i wanted him in my lineup but you took him very early. im not sold on lacy as much as you are. you one rb injury away from big trouble!

My RB in a dynasty are T-Rich, Ridley, Lacey, Gio Bennard. Pretty good for the years to come! Good luck this year guys.

Sorry, forgot to all Ballard and Lattimore too....

That's ok briz...It looks like I might be able to put Harvin into the W/R slot to make up for any injuries...not bad for an 11th rounder.

"I'm starving so bad to get on this field," Harvin continued. "Keep an eye on Week 7." Harvin was placed on the reserve/PUP list last Tuesday. The earliest he can return to game action is Week 7. The initial diagnosis for Harvin's recovery from hip surgery was 3-4 months, so a Week 7 return would be slightly ahead of schedule. Coach Pete Carrol has been quiet on Harvin's status recently. Because Harvin has difference-making fantasy scoring ability, we wouldn't discourage forward-thinking owners from picking him up to stash.

Darren McFadden feels he owes Raiders a fantastic season

Posted by Josh Alper on September 5, 2013, 1:38 PM EDT

AP
Last season was a disaster for Raiders running back Darren McFadden.

He looked out of place behind the zone blocking favored by former offensive coordinator Greg Knapp, gaining just 3.3 yards per carry, and missed four games with another in the long list of injuries that have sidelined him throughout his career. The Raiders fired Knapp after the season and McFadden is back as the starting tailback in the final year of his contract. At 26, he said he’s only “shown glimpses” of what he can do and wants to pay the Raiders back for their faith in him.

“The organization has shown tremendous faith in me, and I’m very grateful for that,” McFadden said, via Scott Bair of CSNBayArea.com. ‘I feel like it shows real faith in me and in this offense as a whole. They clearly have confidence in my ability and what I can do in a downhill running scheme.

I’m so excited to be able to run in this type of offense again. I feel like I owe the Raiders a fantastic season.”

After eight carries in the first two preseason games, McFadden didn’t play again because of a shoulder injury so we’ve only seen glimpses of him this year. Those glimpses came without Terrelle Pryor in the lineup and with the now-injured Jared Veldheer at left tackle, which makes it something of a mystery how the whole thing will fit if, as expected, Pryor starts at quarterback.

A big year from McFadden would take a lot of pressure off any quarterback and his talent has been obvious in past seasons, but he’ll need to stay healthy for the first time in order to deliver that fantastic season.

:) :) :)

Should have started him. It was a tough call not having seen him yet this year so I went with Cook but I still could have put him in at W/T....won't make that mistake again.Welker has doubled his projected score to this point in the game with over a qtr left.

I would think it's up there. Hopefully AP has a nice game too.

Those two should keep you in a lot of games this year...The Broncos schedule looks pretty good to me:

Away: Giants, Cowboys, Colts(must watch), Chargers, Pats, Chiefs, Raiders, and Texans

Home: Ravens, Raiders, Eagles, Jags, 'Skins, Chiefs, Titans and Chargers

I hope Manning goes off the charts and if he has a good game against me, I hope he uses Julius Thomas and Welker to do it :-)

70 points is insane highest ive seen from one player. dont get your hopes up that much mojo, that was more of the ravens defense being god aweful. you will have legitamate chance to break some alltime league records. most points in a week (i missed this one last year by 2 points, high score is around 200). most tds in a week as well. heh yea good start is an understatement, good luck on getting the records. :)
