A few days ago Carr injury news breaks, followed up with a top 3 visit to the QB2 of the draft... got a feeling these 2 situations are connected and giants are doing whatever they can to raise the value of their pick
wonder if any of the Giants personal attending happen to be an unpaid 'intern' who just happens to live and work in New Orleans

That’s a good point. If I’m the Saints I am not falling for it with Carter OTB for NY

How's this for a scenario? The Giants sign Shedeur, and after they tank again this season, sign his old man to be Head Coach.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports Shedeur Sanders on Thursday will hold “one last private workout” for representatives from the Giants.

It appears the Giants are very much considering using their first-round pick on Sanders, whose draft prospects are all over the place in the run-up to the 2025 NFL Draft. “When this happens so late in the process either there’s a big disagreement in their building on their evaluation or their [sic] reacting to new information,” said former Jets GM and current ESPN analyst Mike Tannenbaum. Sanders could go in the top five picks or drop out of the first round altogether depending on how the Giants, Browns, and other quarterback-needy teams approach the first night of the draft. Sanders, who threw 64 touchdowns in two seasons on his father’s Colorado team, would compete with Jameis Winston and Russell Wilson for New York’s Week 1 starting job.

I think whatever is going on with the 3rd pick, teams would trade up for Carter and I think the Giants would love to just take Hunter. The obvious thing most teams would do in the Giants position would just stay put and take Hunter or Carter.

If Giants are trying to win now, the play to do I'm guessing would be to trade down 1 pick with the Patriots, net at least a 3rd round pick and take Mason Graham.

I don't think the Saints are in a position to trade up but Saints always seem to be aggressive even when they probably shouldn't be.

Well that won't be a QB, RB, WR, or TE.. my guess would be hoping to get Abdul Carter, Campbell or maybe Graham.. Hunter would be calling the Browns or the Titans.. not just 'top 6'
If it’s 4-6 they could be looking to get Graham or Walker. If it’s the Giants then Carter makes sense.

I would be surprised if the top 3 trade out of their spots
