finally proud of my Cowboys, they haven't fallen into the drafting needs trap. They're firmly in the camp of having so many holes, they need best available. They've avoided the fancy flashy possibilities, taking great football players..well done! (Now...got get my WR sleeper next pick!)

i'm getting less and less proud of the Patriots

Lol..Michel surprised me a bit, but otherwise..isn't this what your used to?

yeah I suppose..... I figured since the Pats didn't actually make a trade in the 1st round that MAYBE they turned a corner but clearly they have not

And instead of Guice it's Nick Chubb that's going to ruin Hyde's value.
Or maybe they both get 200 carries.
It's not like that hasn't happened before in a Todd Haley offense.

Go Bears.

Yeah, that corner of non stop superbowls must be agonizing.

I'm calling Guice to Washington, Rudolph to Pittsburgh and Chark to Jags.

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- The New England Patriots turned the second-round draft choice they received for quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo into a 2019 second-round pick and two 2018 fourth-round selections in a flurry of activity on Friday night.

The original pick the Patriots received, No. 43, was sent to the Detroit Lions for a 2018 second-rounder (No. 51) and a 2018 fourth-rounder (117).

The Patriots then took the 2018 second-rounder acquired from the Lions (No. 51) and traded it to the Chicago Bears for the 2019 second-round pick and a 2018 fourth-round pick (105).

The Patriots have now made 63 draft-day trades in coach Bill Belichick's 19 drafts with the franchise. The only year the Patriots haven't made at least one draft-day trade in his tenure was 2004.

The Lions, meanwhile, moved up in the draft for the first time under general manager Bob Quinn, trading with his old franchise, New England. In doing so, though, he gave up some of his coveted draft capital, as the fourth-round pick the Lions surrendered in addition to the second-round swap leaves the Lions with only three picks left in this draft.

Still a minimum of 3 guys I think would be perfect grooming candidates, and they got picks left. Rudolph, Luletta, and Falk

I don't even know what picks they have left and even if they have said picks if they actually will use them or trade them away yet again

So I'm nervous for the three year look back already.

Me: same Bucs trade, Roquan. Stay at 22, Hernandez. Still have 65 for Rudolph.

Bills: Allen, Edmunds and waiting for 90-something to come around.

Why do I do this to myself?

I think they've done fairly well. Didn't trade the entire farm, got a good prospect, a potential mega stud LB...they're ok

What round did they get Brady?
Maybe they hope lightning strikes twice?
