Just weird though. Is there a stipulation I'm not aware of that aids them in cutting him first? Could they not wait for said cuts then claim/drop? I get the money thing if they're signed after week two... sort of... but this isn't that.

my resident Bills buddy seems to think it is just house cleaning - getting rid of Whaley's players and starting over.

I still think a team would have given him a chance if there wasn't something more brewing here.

Damn Bills, literally can't keep a RB2 in house and out of trouble, yet somehow keep making everyone that steps into that role fantasy relevant.
Should I just go ahead and add Joe Banyard right now?

Rawls wont stay on the field

I think Lacy has a good chance to be cut at some point soon

Prosice is more of a pass catcher than every down back

I really think if you are patient, Carson is gonna be a difference making fantasy player this season
