I don't know...seems a bit harsh.

A couple of dumbasses who got caught up and crossed a line.

Maybe ban them from all ballparks for a couple of seasons...I like the @Janus idea of not being allowed to sit within 20 rows of the field as well.

It's probably the most egregious "fan interference" incident that I've seen and shows that Yankees fans don't half ass anything. lol

At least they didn't go onto the field to attack a coach like that father and son did a few years ago.

The father/son thing was in 2002 and Chicago got extensive coverage and criticism for it… Really a shame that same fan base lucked into a WS title three years later when you think about it.
