always thought leighton's good season was just because the team seemed to play a lot better in front of him than they did for anyone else.. but hey, 900k is a good number for a backup, and he did have a phenomenal run that year til that stupid finals goal

Yes my point exactly, and I like that he has pressure experience, And if the team plays better in front of him them that's a huge bonus..

I know Ray Shero isn't going to Newport offices like many others. I kinda like that...this stupid Brad Richards "COME TOOO MEEEEEEE" thing is annoying. GMs have a lot of stuff going on...they don't want to travel now. Ironically, the team that signed Richards last year, NYR, did it over the phone.

He knows nothing, has resources in agents, which is nice, but means nothing about right now. He's not as close to the Pens as most people think. He's done nothing but rile up the fanbase in the past year. JagrWatch ruined him.
