One of the reasons the SEC wouldn't go to a nine game conference schedule is because it would guarantee seven losses that are not guaranteed now. (Looking at last year's results, that would have cost them at least one bowl team.)
The SEC and the ACC are the only "Big 5" conferences in which every single team plays an FCS opponent this season.
Did a bama fan really crack a joke about the state of kansas? I have now seen it all.

Just because they need a game doesn't mean they are calling Kansas. They will look for quality games, not a way just to meet the rule. Most, if not all, of the teams you mention are likely the ones who pushed for the rule to start with since they were already doing it.
Just because a team needs to get someone on their schedule is no reason to just go assuming they are taking steps to meet that requirement. Think before you post these things!Sure they may not, but you and I will never know that til something is announced.
Hey, I just noticed that everyone in college football is tied right now.
Time for Notre Dame to claim a National Championship?![]()
An Alabama fan would know all about claiming a bogus National Championship wouldn't they?![]()
Got 18?
Does Bama?
I kid Kansas, although it it certainly one of those places you can't appreciate by driving through. I am a guy whom has willingly moved to the Dust Bowl and stayed for 5 years. In all honesty, I find the tougher the environment the more interesting the people....except for Texas.
I've seen women in Kansas way scarier than their football team. No way in hell I'd go there. Kansas fans need to go down south, if for no other reason than to finally meet a black person.
Sure they may not, but you and I will never know that til something is announced. And your just speculating about them being the ones who pushed for it. And all those teams you mentioned have holes to fill so to speak to meet the requirement. Leaving scheduling Kansas an option whether or not it gets to that point is another thing.

I count 18. I almost said 19 because we beat Notre Dame down hard enough to count it twice.
Well moving from Bama to the dust bowl is a step closer to civilization, no one would fault you for that.
Can you count? Even Bama does claim that many bogus national titles.
