VT hasn't really looked that great for most of the season, but they've done nothing but win games. i don't really see much separating them from ohio state, other than 1 has had to face a legit great team and the other hasn't.

The defense has looked spectacular. The offense has been bad. We are the opposite if aTm.

i mean they played georgia tech and east carolina. i don't think maryland is leaps and bounds better than either of those teams. i feel confident GT, ECU, and VT would all be able to keep it within 5 touchdowns against them.

i would be wary of using the transitive property in football. One could say that Auburn only beat WSU by 7 pts. WSU lost by 4 TDs to Oregon State. Leading one to say Eastern Washington > Auburn .

Maybe, I'm merely stating our schedule has been leaps and bounds tougher then VPI, hence us at 3-4 and the turkeys at 6-1.

WTF? Really? ^^^^^ This is the reference for my post. Old school vs new school. Get it?

Notice the part in parenthesis......"relative to conference expansion." I was referring to since 2005 when VT and Miami joined the conference.

Duke wins 5 games in back-to-back season and the Dookie football fans arise from their coffins!

Hey man, it's been since the Spurrier years that excitement reached this level at Wallace Wade. Up until now the biggest crowd that stadium saw was the Rolling Stones concert.

Dre Kirkpatrick is killing my real team. Dude is a bust.

.......and Mo Claiborne is getting used like a $2 whore in Vegas. This dude can't cover anybody. I really have no idea how this guy was a 1st rounder. LSU has fucked my Cowboys over so many times with their 1st round busts: David LeFleur, Marcus Spears, Mo Claiborne..........

If only Qunicy Carter went to LSU exes, you could have another one. Ohh wait I guess he was just busted instead of being a bust.

Ahhh, the Fred Goldsmith era. Back when men were men and women were glad. They made it to the Outback Bowl but got stomped by Wisky. But hey, Duke has a coach now. It spoke volumes when Cutcliffe said no to Tennessee and stayed at Durham.
