Midnight Friday night/Saturday morning. I don’t see this going well for directv.
They are pissing people off if they can't watch footballMidnight Friday night/Saturday morning. I don’t see this going well for directv.
Ya if it happens I’ll do the free wk trial with one of the streaming servicesPisses me off!
Signed,
ISU Fan with Direct TV
YepDoes this affect UVerse?
DirecTV came to my house to upgrade the system and my house was robbed two days later. They got jewelry, coins and cameras. They went directly to where everything was. They fluffed up two drawers to make it look like they were exploring.I hated Direct TV. I'd call the service people all the time when we lost our signal and they'd always ask me "Is it raining?". Damn! I'm gonna lose my TV service every time it's raining? I finally told them "no, my bad, a bird just flew over and I should have known". Then I dumped their ass the same day. Went to Frontier FIOS and have never looked back.

$30,000 in losses that could never be recovered. Can't even get a tax deduction.
Cut the cord, get a Roku and subscribe to HULU Live. The only drawback is there is about 5 minute delay compared to normal providers so it makes posting in game threads a little harder. It's always fucking something with these God damned providers.
I live in the sticks, cable isn't an option. It's either DirectTv or Dish Network. Direct has never blacked out anything that mattered to me until now, but you can't watch Braves games anymore with Dish Network.
Guess I'll be streaming.
5 minute delay? Yikes! Not a fan of streaming myself as a primary mode.Cut the cord, get a Roku and subscribe to HULU Live. The only drawback is there is about 5 minute delay compared to normal providers so it makes posting in game threads a little harder.
I'll never go back.
Fox too? Damn! Oh well, I still prefer Direct TV over streaming as a primary mode. I'll just deal with the inconvenience until they work it out - which they will. Sucks for Saturday Morning (GamedDay), but I'll be in the Stadium for the game, so after 10 am or so, I won't care about the ESPN-Direct TV dispute. All I can say is that both sides are stupid and pissing customers off. Let's Go State!Awesome . In Iowa i won't get Fox, ABC OR ESPN. Perfect . Looks like I'll be calling a different provider
