i have never seen a coach (or 2 in this instance) that had gone more stupid and had it worked out since Les Miles graced us on the sideline.

WVU vs JMU

JMU has the ball 4th and 9 from their own 41 with under 3 minutes to play and NO TIMEOUTS. What do they do???? They freaking Punt.... WHAT??? Keep in mind their Offense had been methodical all damn game. Why the hell wouldn’t you go for it?

You think you can’t top that, Neal Brown says hold my beer.

WVU gets the ball back with about 2:40 left. Of course they aren’t going to run out the clock with a 3 and out but they can still run the clock to nearly 30 seconds left. After two runs of nothing (no problem) they inexplicably pass incomplete on 3rd down leaving roughly 1:08 on the clock instead of running it and leaving 25 seconds left when JMU got the ball back. WHAT IN THE ACTUAL FUCK?

These two coaches went fucking stupid today.

Our offense was pitiful today. Not him, the play calling. I don’t know if that was because brown didn’t want to show to much or the offense will be stale as fuck. I’m hoping for the former.

Kendall did ok. Over shot a folk or two but had 2 TD passes.

I'd guess it's pretty vanilla. I just mentioned in another thread that the week 1 Big 12 slate is really weak so I don't think anyone is working with the full playbook.

Oklahoma State was the same way last night. Execution was great for game 1 and there weren't any wasted drives but they didn't show alot.

He missed a few but overall wasn't bad. Prob to be expected. He also had several drops from our greenhorn WR’s.

We need to use his legs on some design runs from time to time.

Our lines got whipped too often today and we couldn’t run the ball AT ALL.

Thank GOD this wasn’t a Big12 team today, we would have gotten embarrassed.... and may still.

While I agree with most of what you said, JMU is a damn good team. They finish no worse then 6th in the B12 this year. They had a ton of speed on that defense. But our oline absolutely sucked today.
