Then he can circumvent that salary cap to illegally inflate the team and that guy can replace him as the most undeserving player in the Hall of Fame.

The fact that you base who might or might not know something about football based on the team they cheer for says plenty about you. As for Elway, he is Matt Stafford without the accuracy(I am aware Stafford also lacks accuracy).

Only difference between these two players is how willing the respective teams are to circumvent the salary cap to pay for an Offensive Line.
