Tough. Normally, I'd say Ryan every time. But in NY, and Ryan hasn't been very good on the road in his career. Falcons D is terrible. Don't think anyone can blame you for going Eli.

The Falcons have no defense. While this might favor the passing game (for Eli), I think that Jennings gets a ton of carries. (ATL ranked dead last vs the run.)

As for the Giants D, they look good against the pass. But they've had to defend against who? Zona? Fitzpatrick? Cousins? They faced Detroit in week 1 and Stafford threw for 346 an 2 TD. Take Matty Ice.

I think it depends on your situation. Are you the favorite or the underdog?

I can't see Ryan putting up huge numbers on the road against a Giants D that is playing well, but he should be good for 250 and a TD or 2.

If you are the underdog and need a big week, Eli has more upside but also much greater risk. That Falcons D is really bad.
